Vroom! Monster Jam upgrades to Broncos Stadium at Mile High
After regular visits to the Pepsi Center along with other indoor venues along the Front Range, the Monster Jam tour is rumbling onto the 50-yard Lineup in Broncos Stadium in Mile High.
The motorsports-and-merchandising juggernaut will take over the house of the Denver Broncos at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 27. The 2019 Monster Jam Stadium Tour will arrive at only a few months following this weekend’s (Feb. 8-10) “Triple Threat Series” shows in the Pepsi Center, and following the April 5-7 Monster Jam shows in the Broadmoor Arena in Colorado Springs.
Tickets for the Broncos Stadium series beginning at $15 through ticketmaster.com, but the Broncos nor Ticketmaster listed the upper assortment of prices. Presales start at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, with overall tickets on sale in 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19.
The stadium tour will probably be roughly twice as large according to a press release by Broncos Stadium, with 14 trucks. Such as the “Triple Threat” string, which finds drivers shifting among a trio of vehicles large and small, the event will incorporate the Two-Wheel Skills Challenge, Racing along with a Freestyle segment — all competitive and voted on by fans using a smartphone program.
Monster Jam seems to possess a healthy development cycle among its own touring shows, especially as it’s embraced female lovers (and drivers) in recent years, with an yearly global audience of nearly 5 million. In 2017, Monster Jam held more than 350 shows in 134 venues spanning five continents, based on monsterjam.com, for example first-time exhibits from Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Brazil and China.
“I don’t feel uncomfortable at a male-dominated setting or sport,” stated Krysten Anderson, 20, that started driving the fan-favorite Grave Digger at 2017, in a meeting with The Know last year. “My dad (Grave Digger creator Dennis Anderson) has such a heritage in Monster Jam along with my family has gotten so much respect from other drivers, which I don’t need to struggle for anyone to count me in. ”
Passes for the Monster Jam Pit Party — that lets fans onto the field to get up-close and private with all the trucks pictures and meet the drivers a couple of hours are on sale for an additional $15. The Pit Party runs 2:30-5:30 p.m. at Mile High on April 27.
