The Lowdown: Held at the Five Wellbeing “Shift” Studio at Littleton, the very first Friday of each month will include a complimentary vinyasa flow yoga course. The Yoga Sculpt course is intended to boost your metabolism and create lean muscle mass. Moving along to upbeat music, this course combines the use of free weights, aerobic exercise vascular and strength training with yoga poses. This is the perfect opportunity to meet their community and also enjoy refreshments after course.

The Lowdown: This Vinyasa flow style yoga course aims to help you reconnect with your body and breath at a relaxing, uplifting flow of movements. Moving to a varied soundtrack of music to assist you relieve tension and anxiety, Mindful Mondays will help energize you for your coming weeks ahead. They offer essential oils and miniature massages. Mindful Mondays are hosted each Monday evening, including courses taught by different instructors, varying providers and at times local food sellers.

The Lowdown: Born in the devastating wake of this Aurora theater shooting, the Aurora Strong Resilience Center provides free and direct services for people who want to build personal resilience skills in order to manage tension and lead healthier lives. If this seems like something you or a loved one could be interested in creating for family members, don’t hesitate to reach out with their supportive staff. Beyond simply their free yoga courses, they offer totally free tai chi, drum circles, meditation courses, as well as mental health counselling.
